Pros: high quality, looks to be one of the easier long-tube headers to install
Cons:

I haven't installed these yet, but the quality and finish are excellent. Also, the primaries on these headers use Hedman's Torq-Step technology (meaning the diameter of the primaries changes so that you don't lose low/mid torque like you do with most full-length headers). The driver's side header is actually in two pieces for ease of install. According to the instructions, they slip-fit and the join is self-sealing by the carbon in the exhaust gasses. Hedman's tech support says you don't need to use anything to guarantee the seal, but that JB Weld is the only thing they would consider suggesting. I can't wait to get these installed!

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything

i got them from my brother for free. i've had them on my car for almost a year now and they are solid rust. when i went to put them on, i couldn't even start the bolts on the cyl 4 primary! i had to get under the car and put a jack on the collector and lift/tweak it to get all the bolts in. where the drivers side header connects to my h pipe, the exhaust guy had to bash my floor up in one spot so they would connect. now there's a big "S" curve in my h pipe because that stupid driver's side header emptied out too high and to the left for my h-pipe to bolt up to it. they have a REALLY thin flange on both ends, and the collector flange is a stupid 3 bolt style. doesn't seal for crap, blows out those stupid gaskets in between the collector and H pipe all the time, if i don't have the flange turned a certain way when i tighten it, it'll either scrape, or make it really hard to get to one of the bolts. VERY poor quality. i've got a set of FRPP shorties that i might put on instead. the only reason i said might is because i might get matching BBK longtubes and H pipe. all in all, fox hedman headers suck!
